 Moisture and Fire Resistand Drywall RHX
The Moisture and Fire Resistant Drywall from Panel Rey® is a product designed to be installed on the outside of wall frames or frames, under other materials for indoor applications such as wood, metal, stucco, among others with limited exposure to water. The Moisture and Fire Resistant Drywall 5/8” from Panel Rey® is classified by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. pursuant to ASTM E-119 and ASTM E-84 standards. This product has a fireproof core essentially made of natural gypsum and especially treated to be waterproof. The core is reinforced with high-temperature resistant fibers and additives that make the product stronger while being fire resistant to withstand the effects of high humidity and moisture.

 Flex Rey 1/4"
The 1/4" Flex Rey® Drywall is a product that has a non-combustible core made of gypsum and covered on both sides with 100% recycled paper.
The paper on the front covers the edges throughout its length for a higher strength and protection of the core. The ends are carefully grinded in a square cut; the 1/4” Flex Rey® Drywall has a beveled edge. Panel Rey products are asbestos-free.

Panel Rey’s Regular Drywall is a product with a fireproof core essentially made of gypsum and covered in both sides with 100% recycled paper. The paper on the face covers the beveled edges to strengthen and protect the core. The ends are carefully grinded in square cut. The Panel Reydfss standard drywall is offered in a wide variety of standard lengths and thicknesses to be used in the construction field and has the good characteristic of being cost-effective, fast, clean and safe to install; as well as the capacity to be used with different types of finishing.  Fire Rey
Panel Rey’s Fire resistant drywall is a product formed by a fireproof core essentially made of gypsum and reinforced with the addition of high temperature resistant fibers. This provides a higher strength and fire resistance to the drywall when it is used in previously evaluated assemblies. The drywall is covered in both sides with 100% recycled paper. The paper, in the front, covers the beveled edges to strengthen and protect the core. The ends are carefully grinded in square cut. Panel Rey’s Fire rated drywall Type C is a product formed by a fireproof core essentially made of gypsum and reinforced with the addition of high temperature resistant fibers and special additives to provide a higher resistance and performance if compared with the traditional FR product. It is is covered in both sides with 100% recycled paper. The paper, in the front, covers the beveled edges to strengthen and protect the core. The ends are carefully grinded in square cut. The Fire Rated Drywall Type C is offered in wide variety of lengths and thicknesses of 1/2” and 5/8”. Panel Rey products do not contain asbestos.

 Mold Rey
Mold resistant drywall, made by Panel Rey , is specially designed to provide protection against the growth of mold and microscopic fungi that is hazardous to your health. The mold resistant drywall is formed essentially by a fireproof core made of gypsum, which is specially treated to be waterproof. In this way, it limits the absorption of moisture from the environment. Both of its sides are covered with 100% recycled paper which has been treated with biocide to limit the development of colonies of microorganisms. This protects both, the front and the back of the product.
The orange paper covers the beveled edges of the drywall to strengthen and protect the core. The ends are carefully grinded in square cut and unlike other mold resistant products with fiber glass, it is easy and safe to handle, install and cut. Panel Rey products do not contain asbestos.
For more information about the development and growth of Mold, Panel Rey recommends the joints to be treated with any of our paste compounds for their high level of biocide protection, or with powder compounds with Easy Set controlled setting, since it is practically not affected by moisture.

Panel Rey’s Water Resistant Drywall is a product specially processed to provide a base surface on the application of adhesives for ceramic or plastic tiles in limited moisture exposed areas such as close to a bathtub and shower, in sinks, dressing rooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and maintenance rooms. Water Resistant Drywall is formed by a fireproof core essentially made of gypsum that was treated to be waterproof, covered in both sides with 100% recycled paper to resist moisture.
Green paper, in the front, covers the beveled edges to strengthen and protect the core. The ends are carefully grinded in square cut. Water Resistant Drywall has the good characteristic of being cost-effective, fast, clean and safe to install; as well as the capacity to be used with different types of finishing. Panel Rey products do not contain asbestos.

Panel Rey’s Drywall for Exterior Coating is especially designed to be installed in the external part of the frame of walls or mountings, under other external application materials, such as wood, metal, brick facades, stucco, etc. The Drywall for Exterior Coating is a product with a fireproof core essentially made of gypsum and especially treated to be waterproof, and covered in both sides with 100% recycled paper.
The brown paper, in the front, covers the beveled edges to strengthen and protect the core. The ends are carefully grinded in square cut. Panel Rey products do not contain asbestos.

 Ceiling Rey
Ceiling Drywall Ceiling Rey ® has a dimensionally stable and fire resistant gypsum core. The core has been especially formulated and reinforced with fiber glass and additives that increase its strength and resistance to deflection (sag resistant), even when installed under extreme moisture and load conditions, and when there is space between supports. Both sides of the panel are covered with 100% recycled paper, in custom colors, and have beveled edges. It weights and costs less than the 5/8” drywall, Type X, but, according to ASTM, offers an equivalent performance when subject to deflection tests under 90° F and 90% moisture. Designed to be sag resistant when installed to ceiling framing or trusses spaced 24" o.c. under a water based texture ceiling applications and an insulation load, reducing installation time and costs
