 Flex Rey 1/4"
The 1/4" Flex Rey® Drywall is a product that has a non-combustible core made of gypsum and covered on both sides with 100% recycled paper.
The paper on the front covers the edges throughout its length for a higher strength and protection of the core. The ends are carefully grinded in a square cut; the 1/4” Flex Rey® Drywall has a beveled edge. Panel Rey products are asbestos-free.

Base Coat Protekto Plus
Base Coat Protekto Plus flexible cement from Panel Rey®, is a specialized product made of an intelligent mix of Portland cement, polymeric resins, water-resistant material, and reinforcement fibers, whose function is treating joints, corners and moldings, setting tapes and fiberglass mesh outdoors, and serving as a base coat for outdoor Drywalls or cement base on DEFS (Direct Applied Exterior Finish System). It has also been designed to adhere semi-rigid insulation boards and embed outdoor reinforcing mesh (EIFS - Exterior Insulation Finishing System) which unlike others, involves the use of a sheet of material insulator.

 Ceiling Rey
Ceiling Drywall Ceiling Rey ® has a dimensionally stable and fire resistant gypsum core. The core has been especially formulated and reinforced with fiber glass and additives that increase its strength and resistance to deflection (sag resistant), even when installed under extreme moisture and load conditions, and when there is space between supports. Both sides of the panel are covered with 100% recycled paper, in custom colors, and have beveled edges. It weights and costs less than the 5/8” drywall, Type X, but, according to ASTM, offers an equivalent performance when subject to deflection tests under 90° F and 90% moisture. Designed to be sag resistant when installed to ceiling framing or trusses spaced 24" o.c. under a water based texture ceiling applications and an insulation load, reducing installation time and costs

 Metal Resilient Channel
Panel Rey´s Resilient Channel is fabricated with 25 GA galvanized steel to diminish sound transmission.
Developed as one of the most efficient low cost method to reduce the effect of sound waves between gypsum drywall and the metal stud. Sound reduction of approximately 50% can be achieved in conjunction with Panel Rey´s gypsum board products.
