LEED (Leader in Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Design) is an international evaluation system developed by the U.S Green Building Council to promote the development of sustainable and energy efficient buildings. The LEED tool was created with the objective to establish a recognized guide for the design of green buildings, giving added value to the project and stimulating construction sustainable.
Confirmation by an independent body (USDBC) Green Building Council Institute attests that a project has established sustainability strategies aimed at reducing the overall environmental impact of the building. It is based on a system of points that are awarded to the building in the most significant categories regarding its environmental impact.

LEED Certified from 40 to 49 points
